Giveaway: Card Table Playhouse from Miss Pretty Pretty

Welcome to Simple Living Media’s Home for the Holidays! We’ve got 25 giveaways across the entire network this week to give you plenty of chances to win a great gift, just in time for the holidays.

This giveaway has ended.  Check back on Saturday, December 4 for the winner!

Today I’m giving away a Card Table Playhouse made with eco-friendly felt from Miss Pretty Pretty! These charming playhouses, the original Etsy Card Table Playhouses, are handmade with great attention to detail by shop owner Julie.

My kids have the Animal Sanctuary playhouse and have been happily playing with it on a daily basis. We’ve had a good time discovering the different animals and the kids love the movable pieces that make the playhouse interactive.

As a parent, I love that this playhouse is something that all of my kids, from my nine year old to my two year old, are enjoying and playing with together.  I think playhouses have appeal for kids of all ages.

With sturdy seams, careful stitching, and so many details, it is obvious to me that Julie puts a great deal of love and care into the creation of these playhouses. It fits very easily over our standard sized card table, magically converting it into a playhouse!

Learn more about these charming playhouses and how to win one of your very own!

As I said, from the first moments after I opened the package, my kids have been playing with their playhouse. Constructed to fit over your card table like a slip cover, it was an almost instant transformation from ordinary card table to the Fleck children’s personal animal sanctuary.

And, since it fits a standard sized card table, we were able to take it off of the table at our house, pack it up (it doesn’t take up any more room than a blanket or an afghan when folded) and take it to Grandma’s house where we transformed her card table into a playhouse!

I also appreciate that, because it is so easy to set up and take down, the play house doesn’t have to be a permanent fixture in our playroom and takes up minimal space when it is being stored.

The animal sanctuary isn’t the only style that Julie offers. She has a wide range of styles and types of custom playhouses in her shop, including:

We are in love with our playhouse and I really think this is a unique, creative, and fun gift idea for kids.

In the words of Jillian, my nine year old, “This playhouse is pretty cool.  I like the apples you can pick from the tree and all the different types of animals hiding and playing.”

In addition to playhouses, Miss Pretty Pretty also offers patterns – including a 40+ page tutorial teaching you how to sew your own card table playhouse – as well as toys, playmats, and clothes line tents.

One Simple Kids reader will win a custom order card table playhouse of their choice from Miss Pretty Pretty! (No changes can be made to the original design, only color changes will be accepted.)
