Monday mission: parenting with a positive attitude {vlog}

Hello!  It is Monday, which means it is time for another Monday Mission.

This week I’m talking with you about keeping a positive attitude and smiling, even during the mundane tasks of parenting and adulthood.

It is easier said than done, for sure!  That’s why I’m making it my focus this week.

Note:  if you can’t view the video via email, head over to the blog or to YouTube.  Thanks!

The book I mentioned in the video is Beth Wilson Saavedra’s Meditations for Mothers of Toddlers.  It is an older book, but the wisdom holds true for me and I’ve turned to it often over the decade plus I’ve been a parent of toddlers (decade plus? wowza.)  I noticed that you can pick up some used copies fairly inexpensively on Amazon (affiliate link).

Here’s to having a fantastic week with our kids and for all the chances we’ll have to work on keeping a positive attitude. Best wishes!
